Couriers: Managing Objects in Transit

This course is designed for museum professionals who assign, organise and/or act as couriers. Using a seminar format (with optional airport visit), the course will focus on the role of the courier, freight terminology and handling, problem solving in the freight environment and courier management and expectations.
